Butterwick Hospice Care incorporates Butterwick Hospice in Stockton, Butterwick Hospice at Bishop Auckland and Butterwick House Children's Hospice.
The Charity (Registered No. 1044816) is based in Stockton and Bishop Auckland in North East England and provides specialist pain relief and symptom control, respite, day, home and end of life care.
Complementary Therapies and Family Support are an integral part of the comprehensive high quality hospice care provided free of charge to adults and children with life limiting illnesses. Butterwick also provides a wide range of support services free of charge to patients' families.
Butterwick serves the communities of Teesside, County Durham, North Yorkshire and Wearside.
Butterwick Hospice Care is funded in part by negotiated contracts with the local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). The majority of funding is raised from donations, our shops, lottery and fundraising events and campaigns. Your help to maintain Butterwick Hospice services is much needed and appreciated.
