Would your school like to make difference to children and families locally this Christmas?
Then dust off your antlers, dig out the sleigh and sprinkle the festive glitter because the Rudolph Run is Back!
Get involved, raise money, have a fun filled festive time and be part of something big. This event not only provides an exciting start to Christmas for all involved but can be incorporated into the school day and curriculum through PE, Art and Design and PSHE. Last year schools in your area raised an amazing £8,000 for Butterwick Hospice Care to support local children and their families.
It couldn’t be simpler for your school to take part your way. Just choose a day in December where the children can hop, skip, run, jump or dance around a route of your choice. The run can be planned during school time or on a weekend. Butterwick will provide a pack for each child, which will include a reindeer mask which they can they can colour, glitter and style, a sponsorship form and special magic reindeer food to sprinkle on the lawn on Christmas Eve to light the way for Santa.
The whole Butterwick story is about people helping people and adding life to days when often adding days to life is no longer possible, we want to put your school at the heart of what we do this festive season.
If this is something your school would like to be involved in, we would love to hear from you on 01642 628930 or via email at [email protected].
