We also aim to exceed our legal obligations by following best practice in line with the Institute of Fundraising, which we are members of.
The contact information you give to us will be held securely on the Butterwick Hospice internal database and is never lent, hired, shared or sold to other parties. By providing your contact details such as name, address, telephone number, mobile phone number or email address you consent to Butterwick Hospice contacting you by those methods unless otherwise stated.
We use the information that you supply us for the purpose for which it was collected. Examples include; thanking you, sending you information you requested, to answer a query, register your interest in volunteering or taking part in an event, and to enable you to buy our merchandise or make donations. This includes providing you with updates about the work of Butterwick Hospice, via our e-news, twice yearly newsletter, and information about specific events or activities that may be of interest to you.
