Am I a Curvy Kate, a Goddess or a Shock Absorber?

I am so looking forward to Butterwick Hospice’s next Ladies Afternoon Tea Event at Rockliffe Hall Hotel on 7th July because it will feature a lady I have admired for a long time. She is a leading example for women across the North East who want certain things in their lives, including:

  • Tenacity
  • Belief in themselves
  • A fabulous figure no matter what size

This lady is known for her passion about her business and her down to earth, no nonsense style. She stocks her wares, which are in the women’s fashion genre, in 175 sizes! Who knew there were so many female sizes?

She is chatty, friendly and full of enthusiasm for making the best of women’s busts! Can you tell who it is yet?

Yes, it’s Sadie the Bra Lady. According to Sadie, at least 80% of us ladies are wearing the wrong size bra which can cause us all sorts of discomfort that her and her friendly team can sort out from just one visit to her shops!

She stocks over 4,000 bras! How do you choose - and her skills help to make the very best of our assets. So I am sure I need help because I’ve not been to visit Sadie before and I’m getting to that stage where I need more help in the fight against gravity.

Girls do come along and join us for a fun afternoon learning about Sadie’s talents and your opportunity to become a Curvy Kate, a Goddess or a Shock Absorber, all brands that Sadie sells – I think the last one sounds more like me – but we’ll see. Book your event tickets here

Apart from Sadie you can also enjoy a delicious treat in the shape of Aaron Craig. Who’s he? Aaron is the man who can totally tempt your taste buds. He is one of the most highly regarded chefs in the country who has developed his skills in many high class establishments including Heston Blumenthal’s three Michelin-starred restaurant ‘The Fat Duck’ which was voted 2nd best restaurant in the world!

Aaron is going to oversee the delicious afternoon tea fancies we will enjoy on the day and show us how to prepare something totally delicious at home to delight our families and friends.

With a generous smattering of lovely retail therapy as well as all the above this will be a peach of an afternoon out. So get your girls together and come and join us. Tickets for all this loveliness are just £25 and include afternoon tea at Rockliffe Hall Hotel. Book yours before they’re all gone at 01642 628930 or online.
