Light up a Life Services

The Butterwick Light up a Life services are very special and memorable. We hold a service once a year in each hospice area and invite you to come and be a part of this poignant event.

You can dedicate a message to a loved one which will be hung on the Light up a Life Christmas tree.

The service consists of Carols and readings and the lighting of the tree.

The services are held annually in December at Stockton Baptist Tabernacle and at St Anne's Church, Market Place, Bishop Auckland. Precise dates of each service can be found in the run up to Christmas on our Events pages.

Butterwick Hospice offers a Light up a Life badge which can be purchased for £2 or for those making a Light up a Life donation in memory of a loved one the current year's badge is forwarded free with thanks for supporting the work of the hospice.
