Do you own a house, a vehicle, have many possessions or life insurance?
If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions and you don't have a will the next question you should ask yourself is how soon and where can I draw up a will?

Putting your affairs in order does not bring death any closer it just gives you peace of mind that should anything unexpected happen you will not leave behind a problem for your family sorting out your effects. Your possessions or estate will go to those you wish to have them.
During February, Butterwick Hospice at Bishop Auckland is working in partnership with local solicitor, Hewitts, to help you make a basic will at a set price.
Hewitts solicitors are giving their time and expertise freely. All we ask is that you make a donation to the Hospice of £70 for a single will and £95 for a pair of matching wills.
If you would like more information about this scheme please contact Alistair Nattrass, Hewitts Solicitors, Bishop Auckland on 01388 604691. Please quote Butterwick Hospice, Bishop Auckland.
