Under these Terms and Conditions ‘Butterwick’ means Butterwick Limited, Registered Charity No: 1044816, Company Registration No: 2979587, incorporating Butterwick Hospice in Stockton, Butterwick House Children’s Hospice and Butterwick Hospice at Bishop Auckland and/or Butterwick Hospice Retail Limited and/or Butterwick Lotteries Limited.
Butterwick Hospice Retail Limited, Company Registration No: 2775096, Registered in England & Wales, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Butterwick Limited as is Butterwick Lotteries Limited, Company Registration No: 3141067, Registered in England & Wales. Both of these companies trade on behalf of Butterwick Limited, Registered Offices: Butterwick Hospice, Middlefield Road, Stockton on Tees, TS19 8XN.
Butterwick Hospice Lotteries is a member of the Hospice Lotteries Association and is registered with the Gambling Commission.
Access to and use of this site is provided by Butterwick Hospice subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
1.Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which take effect on the date of your first use of this site. If you do not agree to them in full, do not use this site.

8.Delivery, Return & Refund Policy:
We aim to deliver orders inside the UK within 5 days of receiving payment but please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order. For customers outside the UK please contact our Customer Services Team by email giving details of the goods you wish to order, please contact michellesatterthwaite@butterwick.org.uk to agree payment and delivery options.
If you are not happy with any of the goods or services you have purchased directly through this website you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing your order, or within seven days of receipt of your goods, and receive a refund.
If you do cancel your online order, your payment will be refunded provided the products are returned in their original condition and the original packaging is intact.
If you seek a refund please contact the Accounts Department, Butterwick Hospice, Winder House, Kingfisher Way, Preston Farm, Stockton on Tees, TS18 3EX Tel: 01642 628930 or email kirstywoods@butterwick.org.uk to arrange the return of your goods and the receipt of a refund.
This policy will only be applied to goods and services bought directly from Butterwick Hospice and will not apply to those goods or services bought through any link from this site to another external supplier.
9.These terms & conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
