How to refer a patient to Butterwick House

Butterwick House Children's Hospice freely provides it's services to children aged between birth and 18 years of age.

The children's hospice supports families from Teesside, County Durham, North Yorkshire and Wearside. Butterwick House may be able to also offer care to families outside of this catchment if this is the family's chosen place of care.
