CF Fertiliser safety Incentive Charity Cheque Presentation

During CF Fertilisers UK recent overhaul of the Ammonia 4 plant, the company ran a safety incentive scheme where money was contributed for every/ injury accident free day and to recognise exemplary performance in environment, health and safety of employees, contractors and operation. The contractors who took part and the entire workforce were invited to nominate and identify charities to donate this money to.

Butterwick Hospice was one of the charities nominated and Portrack Handling Limited represented by Peter Davison and Malcolm Bain presented a cheque for £800 to Patricia Boynton from Butterwick Hospice.

Patricia Boynton said “On behalf of Butterwick Hospice, thank you for choosing to donate to us. Your donation makes a difference to local people, living with life limiting illness and will allow us to continue providing free of any charge the many services we offer and support for their families and loved ones.”
