In order to provide, maintain and enhance our high quality of patient care, the Personnel Department aim is to recruit, maintain, and develop staff in all areas of the organisation. The performance and contribution of all our staff is fundamental to support the delivery of such care.
We seek to achieve the highest standards through effective leadership, teamwork, communication and enthusiasm. We aim to actively educate and train all staff to meet our development needs, and to encourage people to improve and enhance their performance.
In a caring environment such as ours, it is vital that structures are in place to support staff by the development of good working practices including flexibility, health support and other benefits and rewards.
As an organisation very much involved with local communities we encourage staff to have an awareness of the diversity of our culture and to respect and be non-judgmental, regardless of race, creed, religion, disability, sexuality and to respect the dignity, values and opinions of others.
We welcome applications from all members of the community. All new staff and volunteers undertake a three day organisational induction prior to departmental training for their own post.
