We simply couldn’t run our walk without the help of an army of selfless volunteers, who give up their time and effort to ensure our event runs smoothly.

girls at our walk We are looking for volunteers for this year’s walk, which will be one of our biggest fundraising events of the year.

The walk is a truly special event and there’s a real buzz on the evening, seeing hundreds of ladies proudly marching forward for Butterwick.

volunteers helping out It might be that walking a half-marathon is not quite for you, or why not volunteer the husband, brother or son who can’t take part in this ladies only spectacular?

What Can Volunteers Do

There are a number of jobs. We will need help with Registration, stewarding, administration, refreshments, car parking and driving of support vehicles - plus dozens of other very varied jobs that will spring up on the night.

Would I Be Needed All Night?

No, but you can stay that long if you want! We’ll need volunteers for pre-event preparation, during the event and then at the end, and people can volunteer at any point.
